Users pruned

As far as I can tell, all the members who were removed have not been here for a very long time, and the vast majority were created by spam bots.
If you find that you have been removed as a user, I apologise. Please feel free to sign up again. If the spam countermeasures hold up, I won't be doing another mass pruning.
